Achieving a level of well being for comfort
The definition of well being by conducting a small google search is: The state of being comfortable, healthy or happy. Now this is the state that most people is willing to learn and achieve. It has become one of the most sought after feeling. That feeling of well being is like brushing your teeth, you need to constantly do it to earn maximum results. To eventually reach the point where it become a subconscious action - a daily habit learned. I have practiced the EFT tapping - Emotional Freedom Technique as a glue to achieve my status of well being. I hope you find it as useful.
